Auro Holdings Berhad successfully convened its Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC) Meeting Room. The venue offered a serene view of the golf course, providing a pleasant and conducive environment for the session.

 

Prior to the meeting, shareholders were invited to a buffet-style breakfast, which was well received and served as an opportunity for informal interaction among attendees before the commencement of proceedings.

 

During the meeting, the Board presented key updates on the Group’s performance, strategic direction, and future plans. Shareholders actively engaged in discussions, offering valuable feedback and perspectives that will continue to guide Auro Holdings’ growth and governance efforts.
